Oct 31, 2025
Our PhD student Mario Mallea has participated in the 36th DEXA 2025 Conferences and Workshops, where he presented his paper titled “Alternatives to Shallow Autoencoders for Collaborative Filtering”.
The DEXA (Database and Expert Systems Applications) conference series and its associated events — DAWAK (Big Data Analytics and Knowledge Discovery) and EGOVIS (Electronic Government and the Information Systems Perspective) — are recognized as leading international forums for researchers, developers, scientists, and industry professionals.
These conferences provide an excellent platform to share innovative ideas, present original research results, and discuss practical experiences in the fields of databases, artificial intelligence, and data-driven applications.
Congratulations to Mario for his contribution and for representing our chair in this renowned international event.
